Terms & Conditions
Updated on: September 2, 2025
Luxe Leap Travel (“L&L”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
For the purposes of this document, “Luxe Leap Travel,” “Luxe Leap,” “L&L,” “we,” and “our” refer to Luxe Leap Travel (China) Co., Ltd., including its employees, guides, contractors, shareholders, officers, directors, and agents. Luxe Leap Travel is a travel company registered in China. All journeys are subject to L&L’s Standard Terms & Conditions, available on your account statement, on our website, or upon request. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
The following selected terms are highlighted to draw attention to the limited nature of our obligations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your travel consultant.
Travel Documents
Travel documents may include, but are not limited to: visas, passports, vaccination certificates, medical test results, proof of medical insurance, and any other government-mandated documentation required for travel to or within China. These requirements vary by nationality and may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
While we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess the correct documents applicable to your nationality and journey. L&L is not liable for any expenses incurred if a traveler is denied entry into China or other destinations.
External Travel Services
At the traveler’s request, L&L may recommend services provided by third-party operators beyond the scope of L&L’s own offerings. While we endeavor to recommend only companies of the highest standard, L&L does not guarantee third-party services.
L&L is not responsible for injury, expense, cost, or cancellation penalties arising from the actions or omissions of third-party providers, nor do we accept liability for the standard of care delivered by such providers.
Health & Fitness
By paying a deposit and completing your Traveler Information Form, you certify that you have no physical, mental, or other conditions or disabilities that would create a hazard for yourself or other travelers, and that you have received all required or recommended vaccinations as mandated by Chinese authorities. Please consult your physician prior to travel.
We reserve the right to make modifications to any journey or its activities if deemed necessary or advisable, including:
1. To accommodate physical, mental, or emotional conditions disclosed by you;
2. To address local health and safety concerns.
If you choose not to disclose relevant health or vaccination information, we may be unable to provide certain services.
Travelers are responsible for carrying all required identification and documents at all times. Regulations change frequently and rapidly—please remain informed before and during your journey.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers review their personal and health insurance coverage before departure to ensure adequate protection for themselves, their families, and dependents in the event of property loss, illness, injury, or death.
L&L is not liable for expenses related to pandemic-related events (e.g., border closures, government-mandated quarantines, or medical emergencies). All such costs are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Risks
L&L journeys are designed to take travelers “off the beaten path,” to destinations where facilities, infrastructure, and safety standards may differ significantly from those in your home country. Travel may involve physically challenging activities and carries inherent risks of serious injury, permanent disability, or death due to accidents, illness, or the actions or negligence of others.
Medical facilities and services may be limited or less advanced than those available at home. Additional risks include theft, loss, or damage to property. Many services (such as accommodations, transport, meals, local tours, and activities) are provided by independent suppliers over whom L&L has no direct control.
Liability, Release & Indemnification
Participation in any L&L journey requires each traveler to review, sign, and return our Acknowledgment of Risk, Release, and Indemnification Form.
This document will be sent after we receive your initial deposit and must be completed and returned no later than 15 days prior to departure. Your reservation is not finalized until the signed form has been received.
